The neighborhood turns green

Neot Shamir is a new neighborhood which is being built in southern Yavneh, next to Neot Rabin-Green Yavneh. The new neighborhood is consistent with the innovative residential concept in the city which combines uniform and modern design and green spaces for increased quality of life. According to the plan, the neighborhood will see the establishment of a wide variety of institutions, public kindergartens and open spaces, local shopping centers, a park, a sports and recreation complex, an elementary school, and an academic college built over 48 dunams, which will provide Yavneh with an educational continuum from kindergarten to higher education. In addition, there will be bicycle paths and walking paths in the neighborhood, and a network of roads will be paved, allowing easy access everywhere, including direct access to Road 4 through the planned "Ashdod North" interchange.
